The list can take some time to be updated with the latest in editions/titles etc. so don't hesitate to email us to get the resource you want. Numerous titles are added daily and real time updating is not always possible. Our prices are competitive. More and more discounts are offered for multiple items ordered.
And yes! We deliver. We communicate and we give support unless and until it works for you.
Refund policy: Its simple. If we send you a wrong file by mistake we correct the mistake and send you the right file. No extra cost.. obviously because its our mistake.
If after your payment, we find out that the file is not available for some reasons, we are the first ones to refund your money in full.
If you give us the wrong info about the file and then receive it as per your request, sorry there's nothing we can do.. :) except give you a discount on the right file you need. We all have been students once. We know the hardships.
