1) What is your refund policy?
Refund policy: Its simple. If we send you a wrong file by mistake we correct the mistake and send you the right file. No extra cost.. obviously because its our mistake.
If after your payment, we find out that the file is not available for some reasons, we are the first ones to refund your money in full.
If you give us the wrong info about the file and then receive it as per your request, sorry there's nothing we can do.. :) except give you a discount on the right file you need. We all have been students once. We know the hardships.

2) Do you provide samples before I buy?
Yes. :) Most of the resources we provide have a sample/ preview available so you know what you are buying.
3) What is the difference between test bank and solution manual?
A Test Bank is a questions bank with answers which comprises of Multiples choice, True/ False, Essay type questions depending on the way the publisher has provided them. Its not a hard and fast rule that every test bank will have all these type of questions.
A solution manual that we provide is always an Instructors solution manual and will have answers to all questions from the text book i.e. answers to both (even + odd) questions.
4) Are these resources genuine?
Yes! They are 100% genuine. These are provided by the publisher on the Instructors center. Can't get any more genuine than this.
5) How soon can I get delivery of the items I paid for?
We ask for a time frame of 12 hrs to deliver the items. Sometimes it can happen that you have an exam the next day and can surely ask us if we can deliver the item immediately. If we can we will let you know instantly. In rare cases (such as computer breakdown, power failure, internet connection failure) it can take up to 24 hours to deliver.
6) Are discounts available?

7) How can this resource help me?
